We are the Dover-Wingdale Teacher's Association (DWTA) located in the Dover Union-Free School District in Dutchess County, New York State. We are an association of professional educators who are dedicated to being key stakeholders in the education of our district's students. We are affliated with New York State United Teachers (NYSUT) and the American Federation of Teachers (AFT).
